The Internet community does not tolerate Spam and it is our goal to minimize the impact of Spam on the net. Spam is not a valid marketing method, the returns diminish to the point of being negligible.

What it is:
Spam is defined as any unsolicited electronic communication to another party via the Internet. This includes E-mail, Newsgroups, IRC (Internet Relay Chat), FTP, and any other method of unsolicited communication. Even in the case of solicited mass communication we require any senders of such information to include information for unsubscribing and removal from the list. Don't involve us in Spam. If you are one of our resellers do not advertise this via Spam.

What we will do:
Spam is not tolerated among users of the Internet. We will pursue those that use our name, or resources to Spam in any way, shape, or form. This type of activity causes damage to the companies involved and all of the companies that we deal with are ready to bend over backward to help us catch spammers and make them stop.
Any impact of Spam marketing that is felt by us will be dealt with in the following ways:
  • Blacklisting: When you are caught Spamming, you will be blacklisted, your name will be submitted to any appropriate entities, including law enforcement, and you will not be allowed to sell or resell any of our products. You will be removed from any of our programs of which you are a member.
  • Forfeiture of Commission: Any commissions that you may have received will be forfeited upon being caught Spamming.
  • Fine: We also will assess a $300 fine to help cover any losses that we may experience from Spamming.

Specifications:
  • Use of any name owned by caknowledge to engage in the activities of unsolicited electronic communication is prohibited.
  • Use of any caknowledge owned resources for the creation or proliferation of unsolicited electronic communications.
